Requirements and current state
Pump, flow meter, pulse output and field controls are assessed together. Volume calculation needs defined scaling, lost-pulse behaviour, start/stop conditions and calibration. Vehicle/operator dispensing requires a clear relationship between identification and the measured transaction.
Technical design and development
RFID/NFC, ESP32-based control and Modbus connectivity are options to scope against requirements. Electrical interfaces, power, disconnection behaviour and data storage need device-specific verification. They are not presented as a verified hardware model or a list of already completed modules.
Testing and implementation
A dispensing record may include time, measured litres, vehicle/operator and transaction state. Reporting and remote access use a data layer separate from field control. Hazardous-area and legal metrology requirements need specialist assessment; no unverified Ex or metrology certification is claimed.
