Visit and enquiry information
Server access logs may include your IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status and browser information. They support service operation and technical security investigations. The form requires your name, email, service topic, message and acknowledgement that you have read the notice; company, telephone and country are optional. Do not include passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.
Use, security and service providers
Your enquiry is used to assess requirements, answer questions and discuss a project or quotation with you. Form messages are sent to the Natro business email service through a TLS-protected SMTP connection. Staff with a relevant role may access the content; hosting and email providers may perform technical processing within their services. HTTPS, server-side validation, temporary form verification tokens and submission limits are used. These measures do not guarantee absolute security. The form acknowledgement is not permission for advertising or marketing.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are retained in the business mailbox; the web form has no separate database or message-body log. This notice does not specify an approved, universal retention period for mailbox or server access records. Retention must be determined from enquiry follow-up, any contractual relationship, applicable legal duties and the need to protect legal rights. Records no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable law. Contact us about retention of a particular record.
Preferences, links and your rights
These websites use no analytics or advertising trackers, third-party fonts or embedded maps. Only your deliberate language choice is remembered in this domain’s browser storage for 30 days; you can reset it in the footer. Opening the map link takes you to Google’s separate service and its terms apply. Applicable personal data rights and request methods are described in the Data Protection Notice. This policy is reviewed when content or data use changes.
